Mining
A ProgPoW-class program that changes every block over a multi-gigabyte dataset, so GPUs are the fair hardware. The official mainnet pool pays miners by PPLNS (1 % fee) to any transparent Z… address; get one from the browser wallet or zkpow wallet. Rewards mature after 100 blocks, then the pool pays out. Unaudited software: the independent reviews were waived (see status).

Browser mining
The browser miner uses WebGPU and the same kernels as the reference GPU miner. It is being wired to the pool over WebSockets; until that lands, mine with the reference miner below.
Reference miners
# GPU miner on the pool (Vulkan, DX12 or Metal; 6 GB+ of VRAM) zkpow-gpu-miner --self-test # once: GPU output checked against the CPU reference zkpow-gpu-miner --pool zkpow.51.161.8.231.nip.io:3333 --login <your Z… address>.rig1 # CPU miner on the pool zkpow-pool-cpu-miner --pool zkpow.51.161.8.231.nip.io:3333 --login <your Z… address>.cpu1 # Solo: GPU miner against your own mainnet node zkpowd --network mainnet zkpow-gpu-miner --rpc 127.0.0.1:9331 --rpccookie ~/.zkpow/.cookie --payout <Z… address>
Binaries for Linux and Windows are on the downloads page. On Windows, run the same commands with .exe in a terminal.
